This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the I Additional District Sessions Court (PCR), Thanjavur to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No. 543 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence and no previous case is pending against the Petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the I Additional District Sessions Court (PCR), Thanjavur within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this 2/4
