ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to forbear the respondents 1 to 6 from erecting High tension electricity lines and supply High voltage electricity pole by the seventh respondent in the residential area and top of the patta land in Porunthalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2. If at all the petitioner is having any objection it is to be submitted at the time of laying of high tension wire to the competent authorities. The competent authorities are empowered to consider the grievances, if any exist. Contrarily, writ of mandamus seeking to forbear the respondents from erecting high retention electricity lines cannot be entertained and the writ petition is premature and stands dismissed. No costs.
