Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and according to law on the application submitted by the petitioner trust for the approval of transfer of educational agency in respect of Hindu Jeyalakshmi School, Kilakkulam, dated 11.11.2015 within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the application submitted by the petitioner trust for the approval of transfer of educational agency in respect of Hindu Jeyalakshmi School, Kilakkulam, dated 11.11.2015.

2.Today(28.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks some time that the petitioner is no more and therefore he has to take necessary steps to implead the present office bearers of the Trust. However, the petitioner has not come forward with any application. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the Management of Hindu Jeyalakshmi School, Kilakkulam is now taken over by the Government on direct payment and as on date, the Government is taking care of the day today affairs of the School. 2/4

4.In view of the subsequent development, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the present office bearers to submit a fresh representation that they are the approved Educational Agency to the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation, the first respondent shall consider the same and take a decision within a period of twelve weeks from thereon.
