PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No.75/2016/A1, dated 30.04.2016 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service as Street Light Helper, Neyyur Town Panchayat, till the petitioner reaches the age of 60 prescribed for the basic service. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order, dated 30.04.2016, with a consequential relief to refix the age of 60 as the age of retirement.

2.Pending writ petition, the respondents have granted the relief and kept the petitioner in service until the age of 60 and the petitioner was also granted all the benefits. Therefore, nothing survives for 2/4

adjudication.
