ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to take action on the writ petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2024, which is taken on file in CSR No.623 of 2024 and investigate the same by following due procedure and for other reliefs.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No. 623 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on 06.08.2024.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
