PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in Memorandum No. 101593/470/G55/G552/2016-1, dated 19.12.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the merit list for appointment to the post of Junior Engineer / Electrical II Grade against the vacancies reserved to be filled by RWE employee of non diploma holders with all consequential benefits.
