In this writ petition, the petitioners assail an order dated 09.06.2016 by which the respondent rejected the offer made by the petitioners in respect of the educational loans availed of from the respondent.

2. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the relevant loans were repaid subsequently and that the bank issued a No Due certificate. By recording the said submission, W.P.(MD).No.11020 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD).Nos.8496 and 8497 of 2016 are closed.
