ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash FIR in Cr.No.26/2022, on the file of the Inspector of Police All Women Police Station, Pudukkottai, Thanjavur District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case the first respondent has conducted investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and the same was numbered as C.C.No.73 of 2023.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if they are aggrieved.
