Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prime grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the petitioner is not being allowed to enter into the Chathiram Bus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.7523 of 2017 Stand, Trichy. It is seen that the Chithiram Bus Stand itself has been demolished and new bus stand is being constructed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition no longer survives. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
