This writ petition is filed in the year 2016 that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2016 was not considered. 2.This Court by order dated 24.04.2017 ordered notice to the respondent and also directed Mr.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, learned counsel to take notice for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader took notice for R2 and R3. Though notice was ordered as early as on 24.04.2017, the respondents have not chosen to file any counter affidavit and it also not known whether the representation of the petitioner was considered or not.

3.Considering the limited scope of this writ petition and considering the fact that this writ petition is pending for the past six years, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- 2/5

i. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii. In the event, if any representation has been submitted by the petitioner, the second respondent shall conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action as against the erring officials within a period of six months. No Costs.
