PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1308/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.09.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC, in Crime No.1308 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the parties, the petitioners scolded the de-facto complainant in filthy language and also attacked the de-facto complainant with knife. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.18453 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners attacked the de-facto complainant with knife and caused serious injuries to him. A1 is a history sheeted rowdy element and A2 is having three previous cases and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence and also considering the facts that A1 is a history sheeted rowdy element and A2 is having three previous cases and the investigation is still pending as stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
