ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent confirming the order passed by the second respondent under Section 47(A) of Stamp Act, against the order impugned in the writ petition.

2. Against the order impugned only a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is Maintainable, however, this Writ Petition has been filed. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate appeal as provided in the statute. Since there will be a delay in filing such an appeal, registry is directed to exclude the period, namely, the date of filing the Writ Petition and the date of order while calculating the period of limitation in preferring 2/4

in an appeal.

3. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
