This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 2 to 3 herein to forthwith provide adequate police protection for cutting the sugar cane plant from the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.376 and 380/1 at Mayiladumparai Village, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District, based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 18.05.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11110 of 2016 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 18.05.2016, the third respondent has visited the sugar cane plant comprised in S.No.376 and 380/1 at Mayiladumparai Village, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District, and found that there is no sugar cane plant in the said place. Therefore, the complaint has been enquired and the same was also closed. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
