When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this petition, the petitioner was sanctioned increment. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
