ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to grant permission to conduct the temple Mulaipaari festival in the eve of Sri Veilukanthamman scheduled to be held on 19.08.2025 to 27.08.2025 at Melaparuthiyur, Tiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District and give Police protection on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2025 and 12.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the representation made by the petitioner was considered and rejected by the first respondent,dated 15.08.2025 and the copy of the rejection order is also produced before this Court.

3. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the above said rejection order, if so aggrieved.
