[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 5th respondent with regard to illegal construction in Survey No. 516/2G, H in Thengapattanam Village, Vilavankodu Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on written instructions from the fourth respondent would submit that the fifth respondent has removed the unauthorized construction and the said land is vacant. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
