ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to allow the revision and set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 06.06.2025 made in IA No.03 of 2025 in OS No.55/2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Mudukulathur.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that there is no objection on the side of the respondent to appoint an advocate commissioner. The statement is recorded.

3. In view of the same, the order impugned herein is set aside and the Court below is directed to appoint an advocate commissioner as prayed for. Considering the age of the respondent, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Mudukulathur, to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
