: Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to issue a notice to the respondents for willfully disobeying the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.2114 of 2019 dated 01.02.2019 and punish the respondents for contempt of Court as per contempt of Court Act. Prayer in WP(MD). 2114/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle all the petitioners retirement benefits and other monetary benefits including pension by considering the representation dated 09.01.2019 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court .

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent herein Moo. Mu. No. 5960 / A4 / 2015 dated 28.01.2016 quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent herin to approve the petitioners appointment as BT Assistant (social science) in the 3rd respondent - school from the original dated of appointment i.e. 01.12.2001 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.2114 of 2019 dated 01.02.2019.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.88, dated 30.04.2019 in and by which, the first respondent passed an order treating the period of unauthorized absence as medical leave without salary. This proceedings is in effective compliance with the order dated 01.02.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.2114 of 2019.
