P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent bearing Lr.No. 9173/E2/2016-2 dated 28.03.2017 and set aside the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to approve the reappointment of the petitioner as Principal of 3rd respondent College for a period of two years from 01.06.2016 to 31.05.2018 based on the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent college dated 29.02.2016.
