Heard Mr.K.Vinoharan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal petition No.B4/1880/2020 considering the petitioner's representation, dated 08.12.2021. 3.The said application had been filed before the respondent and it is informed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that arguments had been advanced and written statements have also been filed.

4.Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader however stated that some reasonable time may be given in view of the administrative work with which the respondent is entangled. 5.An outer limit of 31.03.2022 is fixed by which the said appeal should be disposed of by the respondent herein. 6.With the said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
