ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey No.801/1B with an extent of 0.26.00 hectares (64 cents) by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Harish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ; Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who takes notice for the third respondent.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, the subject property was settled by his sisters by settlement deed, dated 26.08.2010. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.1041. The petitioner submitted an application through on-line in application No.2025/0123/13/013245, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the on-line application of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of cop of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
