Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.226 of 2024, the petitioners have approached this Court. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that on completion of investigation in Crime No.226 of 2024, final report has been filed. He further submits that the case is now committed to the Court of Sessions in PRC No.373 of 2025 and the same is pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tirunelveli. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to this petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
