2.The writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from constructing the garbage dump yard in the petition mentioned land. The writ petition was filed in the year 2017. W.P.(MD)No.7719 of 2017 Government Advocate submitted that the garbage dump yard has already been constructed. Therefore, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
