O R D E R
This Contempt Petition is filed complaining disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.11736 of 2018, dated 25.02.2025.
2. The operative portion of the order passed by this Court reads as follows:
"6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is still in possession of the subject disputed 3.5 cents in respect of which patta has been issued and admittedly not cancelled till date, the petitioner shall be entitled to protection till final orders are passed by the first respondent. The petitioner shall prefer a revision before the first respondent within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such revision being preferred by the petitioner, the first respondent shall conduct an enquiry after hearing the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and any other interested parties and shall pass final orders on the revision within a period of six weeks thereafter."
3. As per the direction issued by this Court in the main Writ Petition, the Writ Petitioner has not preferred any revision before the official respondent and therefore, the respondent herein is not in a 2/4
position to pass any order. Hence, there is no question of contempt by the respondent herein. If the petitioner has got any grievance with the order passed in the Writ Petition, she can workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
