ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to remove his name from the history sheet maintained by the third respondent. It is stated that a murder case is still pending against the petitioner. Therefore, the question of removal of the petitioner's name at present does not arise. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
