This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondent Bank to return the original sale deed dated 11.04.1990 belonging to the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
