Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to Impugned Order in Na.Ka.A1/911/2015 dated 04.04.2017 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to issue a direction, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as night watchmen or any other suitable post with the respondent No.2 office or any other office with consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Court.
