Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANICKAM.R, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no strong objection in allowing the petition.
