Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.KAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5(iii) imposed in Crl.OP 1/3

(MD)No.14209 of 2024, dated 29.08.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the nature of the prayer made, when the Court has considered the overall facts and circumstances for imposing the condition, there is no question of modification. Even though, the hardship is pleaded, I am not inclined to modify the condition that was already imposed.

4. I am unable to accede to the prayer made to modify the condition. It is seen that the petitioner was directed to sign for a total of 21 days and the accused already signed for 11 days. Therefore, 10 more days the petitioner has to sign from today. Thereafter, the condition will automatically come to an end.
