Re-survey Nos.110/5A, 110/5B and 110/5D in Patta No.1037, situated in Viraganur Village, South Taluk, Madurai District, based on his representation dated 05.04.2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already alienated the property and as on date, he is not the owner of the property.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
