PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant the benefits of Thaaliku Thangam or Gold for Mangalsutra (8 gram gold coins and Rs.25,000/-) to the petitioner based on the application No.2015/0301/003786 dated 18.11.2015.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant the benefits of Thaaliku Thangam or Gold for Mangalsutra (8 gram gold coins and Rs.25,000/-) to the petitioner based on the application No.2015/0301/003786 dated 18.11.2015.

2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
