O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the third Respondent to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the Petitioner on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 20.09.2019

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 20.09.2019, the third respondent has conducted enquiry with the fourth respondent and found that on the torture given by the family members of the fourth respondent, the present complaint has been lodged by the petitioner. In fact on the earlier complaint, dated 10.09.2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15474 of 2019 it was enquired by the third respondent police and closed for the reason that they themselves settled the dispute amicably.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to conduct proper enquiry with the fourth respondent along with other family members and take appropriate action.
