ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from measuring the land situated in S.Nos.35/1B, 36/1 situated at Udapanpatti Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.Learned Government Advocate, based on the written instructions received from the first respondent, submitted that the lands have already been surveyed and sub-divisions have also been carried out. 3.It appears that there is no interim order in this writ petition and the respondents have already measured and sub-divided the properties. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is 2/4

accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
