O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to survey the vacant land and consequently directing the third respondent to issue Individual Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey No.315/2 measuring to an extent of 0.48.5 Ares (1.20 Cents) situated at Poomalaikundu Village, Theni Taluk, Theni Sub-Registrar Office, Periakulam, Theni by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2018.

2.Although the petitioner has claimed ownership over the property based on the documents that have been filed before this Court, this Court Page No. 2 of 5

is not inclined to delve into the merits of the case for the relief sought for. Suffice to state, the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2018 may be considered and disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, by the third and fifth respondent jointly as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 6 weeks from today.
