Respondents/Respondents/ Respondents/Complainants PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.R.P.No.84 of 2016 vide his order dated 29.06.2017 as well as the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, in Cr.M.P.No.3914 of 2014 dated 11.11.2016 and consequently direct the second respondent to cause further investigation upon the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2012 pending on the file of the second respondent and further direct the second respondent to complete the same within the time stipulation as expeditiously as possible as prescribed by this Court.
