This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the petitioner's name from the smart card No.
333020752585-97A1613906 and include the same in smart card No.333470295251-28CA008PN by considering petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2022.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is seen that the petitioner and the third respondent are husband and wife. After their marriage, they had misunderstanding between them and a divorce petition was also filed by the petitioner as against the third respondent and it is pending. That apart, the third respondent also lodged a criminal complaint as against the petitioner. While being so, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 to delete the petitioner's name from the smart card No.
333020752585-97A1613906 and include the same in smart card 2/4
No.333470295251-28CA008PN Therefore, if the petitioner succeeds in other matrimonial dispute, he can submit fresh application for deletion of his name from the smart card. Now, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the Writ Petition itself is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
