PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to appoint the trustee of the Managing Committee of Begampur Pallivasal and Dargah, Dindigul more fully while filling the candidates under Hagdar category only after scrutinizing and verification of the revenue records of the Government and also documents available with the Archeology Department or any other authenticated proof more fully issued by the Government authorities certifying that claimant is a bonafide hagdar.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, to directing the respondent herein to appoint the trustee of the Managing Committee of Begampur Pallivasal and Dargah, Dindigul.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous, since a committee has already been appointed by the Wakf Board/respondent and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has also confirmed the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
