O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation has been conducted by the respondent Police in Crime No.284 of 2021 and on completion of investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same has been referred as "Further Action Dropped". He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Petition.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
