ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second to Fifth Respondents to implement the Government Order passed by the First Respondent in favour of the Petitioner in G.O.Ms.No.28, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW-1) Department, dated 13.05.2016. 2.

W.P. (MD) No.11440 of 2016 has been implemented by regularizing the appointment of the Petitioner with effect from 05.07.1962 as Social Worker (Female) and retrospective regularization has been given with effect from 26.06.1972 with all monetary benefits and the amount has also been paid. He has filed a memo dated 20.04.2021 to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
