Challenging the portion of the impugned order dated 23.09.2022, passed by the second respondent directing the petitioner/successful bidder to remit the balance bid amount within fifteen days time for purchase of the secured properties and for consequential direction to the second respondent to extend the said fifteen days time limit, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard Mr.K.C.Peter Kanish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned to work out his remedy. 2/4
