This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the survey field as 262/2D instead of S.F.No.267/2D and rectify the extent as Hec 0.61.50 instead of Hec.0.21.0 in Patta No.927 2.Heard Mr.K.Suresh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The matter came up for adjudication earlier and in the interregnum period, the petitioner was examined by the respondents, particularly, the second respondent/Tahsildar, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District. Let necessary orders be passed by the second respondent pursuant to the enquiry conducted by him/her. A further direction is given to the second respondent to pass orders on or before 31.01.2022.
