ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to handed over the possession and enjoyment to his vendee one Alagu son of Palanisamy in respect of Survey No.383/49 of an extent of 474 sq.ft along with tile house situated at Thuvarapathy, Velampatti Villagge, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15673 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry based on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, dated 14.10.2019, after issuing notice to the both parties and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
