This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.94 of 2019 dated 10.04.2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the third respondent completed the entire investigation and also filed the final report before the concerned Magistrate, on 08.10.2019 itself. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.
