This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to return back her house site in Survey No.293/2B1 measuring to an extent of 8.25 cents in Patta No.713, situated at Villipathiri Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, 2/5

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the request of the petitioner to return back the house site was rejected by the fourth respondent and the same was challenged before this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15585 of 2016 by the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index :
