COMMON ORDER The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners initially joined duty in the respondent Forest Department in the year 1994 as Mazdoor and as Plot Watcher on temporary basis and was working under the District Forest Officer at Trichy Division and presently the petitioners are working in Butterfly Project Work at Trichy as Plot Watcher. Even though petitioners are working the respondent Forest Department for more than 20 years, their services are not regularised, when several other temporary employees services are regularised.

Therefore, the petitioners have submitted representations to the respondents for regularising their services. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that proposal was submitted by the third respondent to the second respondent for regularising the services of the petitioners based on G.O.Ms.No.22, dated 28.02.2006 and therefore, the learned Counsel prayed that the petitioners representation shall be directed to be considered within a stipulated time.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations submitted on various dated and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
