ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Rank Not Known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 IPC, 1/3

in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and is no way connected in this case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given given by one Thangapandian, now enquiry is undertaken.

4. Let the petitioner appear before the respondent Police. The respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry process within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
