[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the proceedings No.Na.Ka.A3/100/2022, dated 24.03.2022, issued by the fourth respondent and to direct the sixth respondent to demolish the illegal construction made by the seventh respondent in Survey Nos.306/1B2 and S.No.306/1A2B.
2. After making submissions at length, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the authority concerned in the manner known to law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
