ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the execution proceedings in E.A.No.4 of 2016 in consumer complaint No.132 of 1999 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Dindigul.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition was referred for mediation and before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the matter has been settled between the parties and a positive report has been filed by the conciliation centre. In view of the above said facts, the settlement arrived at between the parties is recorded. No further adjudication is required in the writ petition.

3. In view of the full and final settlement arrived at between the writ petitioner and the second respondent herein, the first respondent shall not proceed with E.A.No.4 of 2016 in C.C.No.132 of 1999. With the above said observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There 2/4

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
