This petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the second Respondent to file a final Report in Crime No. 430 of 2019 within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.430 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 10.05.2019 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
