ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the transfer order with the consequential relief to retain the petitioner at state automatic vehicles workshop, Kottapattu, Trichy.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was transferred and now re-transferred in the present place. The relief sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous.

3. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
